Guidelines
for Walking.. There are no particular rules for walking a labyrinth, but there are some guidelines for those not familiar with this spiritual tool. Each pilgrim needs to find their own pace of walking the path. You may wish to take a moment before your walk to ask to know of God's presence with you during your walk. As you use the same path going in and coming out, you will meet others on the way. When you do simply step around to make way for the other. Practising "modesty of the gaze," or not meeting another's eyes is advisable so as not to disrupt another's pilgrimage. |
