If air is forced into a drier on one side under high pressure, the air alone will force the clothes to tumble, so it won't be necessary to mecanically spin the wet clothes. Higher power will be required for the fan; but, less will be required for heating because of the great volume of air passing through the clothes. Overall, less power will be required than with a mecanically spun drier, it should be smaller and simpler because most of the volume of the drier can be used for the clothes.
