In this card game, cards are defined to have game effects as well as simply being useful in poker. When all the effects are resolved, the highest poker hand wins. The cards are dealt out in the same fashion as a poker hand, so the dealer can declare a number of draws with a set number of allowable discards each round and betting / raising can happen each round. Unless stated otherwise, each card's effect can only be used once, the person who used the card has to somehow record that it has been used. Whoever draws the highest card from the deck starts attacking, once this attacker has launched all the attacks they wish, the next player to the rightlaunches all their attacks in turn.

It is suggested that becuase of the many cards that will be discarded that the dealer deals out nine cards. At the end of the attacks whoever has the highest poker hand wins.

The ace of each suit is an atomic bomb. The defender must discard two cards of the defender's choice.

The two of each suit is a soldier. With a queen to command, a soldier can attack another hand, forcing the defender to discard a card at random.

The three of each suit is a sidekick. It can imitate any card held by the player; the player has to reveal the card that is being imitated.

The four of each suit is a fork card. It doubles an attack, kamikaze or nuke being launched by anyone.

The five of each suit is a shield card. It stops an attack. It can stop a kamikaze at the cost of being destroyed itself.

The six of diamonds is the thief in the night. It can go to a defenders's hand and steal one card at random, adding it to the sender's hand.

The six of hearts is the diplomat. It can go to a defenders's hand and look at two cards at random and steal one, adding it to the sender's hand.

The seven of diamonds is the poltergeist. A card of the sender's choice is exchanged with a random card of the defender. The poltergeist is then tossed, if it lands face up, the defender can in turn send out the poltergeist and so on as until the poltergeist is tossed and lands face down.

The eight of each suit is a combination fork mirror card. At least a pair are needed for the effect, the attack, kamikaze or nuke has its effect increased by the number of eights used together and the attack is reflected to another player at random. So a pair reflects and doubles the attack, three eights reflect and triple the attack and so on. With use of all eights and threes as sidekicks, the attack can be amplified eightfold.

The nine of diamonds is the counterspy. If a thief in the night enters, the counterspy's player can turn the tables, keeping the thief in the night and stealing a random card from the thief's controller's hand and adding it to the counterspy's hand.

The nine of hearts is the fanatic. If a diplomat enters, the fanatic, kills the diplomat and looks at two cards at random from the sender and kills one at random.

The ten of each suit is a mirror card. It reflects an attack, kamikaze or nuke to another player at random.

The jack of each suit is a sergeant. With a queen to command, a sergeant can attack another hand, forcing the player to discard a card at random. With or without a queen, a sergeant can attack another hand kamikaze style, forcing the defender to discard a card at random and being discarded itself.

The queen of each suit is a commander in chief. The commander in chief can order a two or jack to attack another hand which forces the defender to discard a card at random. The queen is not used up by this action, her presence is all that is necessary to send out the soldier or sergeant.

The king of each suit is a major. The major can attack another hand on its own initiative or attack another hand kamikaze style, forcing the defender to discard a card at random and being discarded itself.
