To grow a giant vegetable, inflate with water or with juice from a vegetable growing on another plant, as the chosen vegetable is growing. This would probably result in growing a large vegetable with a thin skin and a larger than usual proportion of water.

If juice from a vegetable growing on another plant is chosen, using a succession of young plants might result in unlimited growth because the young plant will have growth hormones on, whereas vegetables will usually grow until a time limit started from when they first budded.
