Below the level of the water when the boat is tilted
by the wind; on each side
of the boat have many ( 30 ? ) small keels at either side of the boat.
They won't
be as efficient as one fixed keel; but, they'll have a smaller torque
because
they're close to the bottom of the boat. They'd probably be arraged
in pairs side
to side for ease of bonding them to the bottom of the boat.
